Cycling Development Programme

2024 saw ‘ACSR Cycle Hub’ launch - to bring together various spokes as we continue to develop cycling facilities and programmes within Auchterarder.

Facility Development
2025 saw the completion of ACSR’s most ambitious project to date - the creation of a Mountain Bike Trail and Pump Track in Auchterarder Public Park. ACSR has managed the entire project from design to delivery to the on-going upkeep.

ACSR Mountain Bike Trail & Pump Track - Facility Terms of Use

• Follow the information signage at each track

  • Ensure your bike is in good working order

  • Helmets must be worn

  • Keep on the marked tracks

  • Respect other track users

  • Respect, and yield to, other park users and animals

  • Ride within your ability and keep your bike under control

  • Riders ahead of you on the tracks have right of way

• No excessively loud music should be play - please respect park users and neighbours

• No littering - please use the bins provided in the park

• No person who is intoxicated may participate in activities on either track

The new facilities are inspected and maintained through partnership between ACSR Cycle Hub, ACSR Core Paths, ACSR Green Spaces and industry experts.

To make project viable, ACSR has had to take on the on-going (for up to 20 years!) responsibility and costs associated with the insurance and maintenance. We would be grateful to anyone who feels able to donate towards these costs - and donations can be made via our on-line LocalGiving portal. Thank you, in advance, for your support.
